An observant “Child of Vazalian Order”, Hazal is one of the many young Vazalians who were disowned by their parents and enrolled in the Reform Program. As a Renounced Child, Hazal had spent many days secluded from the outside world and housed on one of the many archipelagos that were created from the Nobles conquering Vazalia. So it came as a pleasant surprise, when Hazel was notified that she’d been approved for “graduation” and that she’d be fully reintroduced into society before her 14th birthday.
